Are you ready to make a difference at Little Mountain Park? The Mount Vernon Parks Foundation is looking for volunteers to help build a new trail that will connect the restrooms at the main parking lot to the central multi-use trail system.

Little Mountain Trail Builders
This summer our Trail Builders hope to brush out some sections of trail which have gotten overgrown, complete repair work on rockery walls, add rock armoring to sections of the flow trail, and take a well-earned vacation (August).
Now that we are through with that nasty spell of smoky weather the smell of fall is in the air, and on Little Mountain that means TRAIL BUILDING. We successfully completed the new connector trail this spring and summer, and after our summer break in August are excited to be tackling a bigger fish this fall- Little Mountain's first Mountain Bike Flow trail.
